Review and Reflect

This is a good time to review and reflect on the successes and failures in the start-up phase.

Each phase is a learning experience that can help feed knowledge and understanding for the growth phase.

 

Remember you’re still in the “Innovator and Early Adopter” stage of building your business and the world is constantly changing.

 

Using the inversion process outlined in the Start-Up section consider all the things that have gone wrong during the early stages. How can you turn these to positives or eliminate them as problems?
